Lindsay Morris: - Director / Consultant
Lindsay is an experienced manager and qualified nurse RGN with over 20 years experience in the care industry; with an acute understanding of marketing, finance control, clinical practice and quality auditing. Her previous positions include Manager, Regional Director, Managing Director and R.I responsibilities. She has in-depth knowledge of the Care Standards Act and associated legislations, coupled with vast experience of operational management, personnel & recruitment and project management skills.

Satisfied customers/ projects within the previous years include, policy development and introduction, increasing occupancy, detailed bespoke training, controlling cost through budgets, care planning implementation and training, staff rota management including skill mix and staffing levels, care environment, raising standards and eliminating CSCI requirements, implementing variations of registration, auditing quality and providing reg 26 inspections.

Carl Morris: - Director / Consultant
Carl is an experienced B.M.S and Electrical Engineer with over 15 years experience of building management and legislation compliance. He has vast experience within the care industry working at both Facilities Director and Contract Management levels. He has in-depth knowledge of environmental issues associated with care homes, such as fire alarms. Health & safety, COSHH, electrical T.I inspections, gas safety, PPM & reactive maintenance, Legionella, maintenance audits and skills analysis of maintenance staff.

Since setting up the group jointly with Lindsay, Carl has undertaken environmental /fire assessments, management of staff and systems, introduced and written policies and procedures, provided in-depth training, advised on preventative measures, compiled improvement plans and ensured excellent documentation is implemented so as to adhere to the relevant National Minimum Standards. He has an acute awareness of budget control and phased refurbishments.

Greg Hindley: - IT Consultant
With over 15 years experience in the IT industry delivering solutions to companies large and small, Greg makes a valuable addition to the team here at CMC. With a proven track record in delivering sound technical advice, software systems, internet solutions, website and graphic design; he can be relied upon to ensure any company he works with stays up to date with modern technology concepts. Greg has also developed off the shelf and bespoke packages (financial, accounting and staff management systems) to Clients' specific requirements.

Sharon Lee: - Consultant / Project Manager - South West England
Sharon has over 10 years experience in the care business including dementia care management, short term crisis management and policy and procedural development and implementation. She has worked previously for Local Authority Social Services, Alzheimers' Society and independent providers of dementia and elderly care services. Sharon is an experienced PRINCE2 Project Manager and former manager of a nursing agency business.

Sue Hagan: - Consultant / National Training Manager
Sue is an experienced Business Consultant and qualified trainer with over twenty years experience in extremely pressurised and challenging work environments. She is qualified to Diploma and Degree level in Anatomy/Physiology, in addition to this she is an accredited City & Guilds and CIEH trainer.

Since joining the team here at CMC, Sue has proven to be a huge asset to the company by delivering concise, detailed training in all aspects/departments of a care home and by offering operational support/guidance to senior management personnel. She possesses excellent interpersonal & communication skills coupled with strong business acumen. With these attributes, she has the ability, competence and enthusiasm to succeed and direct care home recovery in our competitive, quality driven care home industry.

Alison Taylor: - Consultant / Project Manager-North East
Alison qualified as an RMN in 1992 and has worked within the Care Home sector since 1997 gaining 11 years experience in Care Home Management. She is passionate about quality care delivery and is currently working towards her diploma in Dementia Studies.

She has experience of marketing, training, general management and budget control. As a care home manager, she is fully aware of the standards required by CSCI and local contracting authorities. She has a proven history of assisting care providers eliminate statutory requirements, increasing occupancy and changing care home registrations. She thrives on challenges and excels at guiding the managers and staff of failing care homes to achieve better care standards.
